The lavatory and toilet are also part of the ground floor. In a beautiful, arranged yard, you can find a heated pool of 32m2 surrounded by 6 sun loungers. Next to the pool there is an outdoor jacuzzi for complete relaxation and enjoyment. On the balcony you can find a lovely balcony furniture for 8 persons and an outside dining table for a family lunch or a barbecue with friends. The whole property is completely fenced with a concrete wall and hedge that gives guests comfort and privacy.

Nin is only 4 km away from Zaton and offers many opportunities for relaxation.
