Villa Royal House 2 is located on the beautiful island of Pasman, which belongs to the Zadar archipelago, between the cities of Zadar and Biograd. One part of the island is uninhabited with numerous coves and anonymous beaches where you can find your quiet place to relax. The inhabited part of the island has beautiful sandy beaches, and several taverns, shops and restaurants to have everything you need for a holiday.

Villa Royal House 2 will provide you with an ideal holiday thanks to its proximity to the sea (20 m) and comfortable luxury. Upstairs are three beautiful, air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms offer a view of the beautiful Adriatic and the islands of the Pasman channel. On the ground floor of the villa there is a beautiful kitchen with all necessary necessities, a comfortable living room, a dining room with 8 seats and a toilet. From the ground floor you can reach the beautiful terrace with an outdoor dining table and seating so you can enjoy the charms of the landscape of this beautiful island. You will surely enjoy the pool (19 m2) in front of the villa, and relaxation will be easier with comfortable sun loungers by the pool.

Villa Royal House 2 offers two parking spaces.

Pašman abounds in untouched nature, bays, old fisherman's houses, and a beautiful view of the Kornati and dalmatian coast, and as such is a favourite tourist destination. Along with Pašman you can visit the island of Ugljan which is connected by a bridge or the famous heart-shaped island. Pedestrians and cyclists have at their disposal marked trails along the island. The nearby national parks (Krka, Kornati) and nature parks, such as Telaščica, Paklenica and Vrana Lake are worth visiting.

Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
