The beautiful modern villa 9 is located in Podstrana, just a few kilometres away from the Dalmatian pearl - the city of Split. For decades, Split has been attracting tourists with its wealthy touristic offers, cultural heritage and untouched nature. Thanks to the perfect location, Villa 9 offers a fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea and all the islands in the bay of Split. Surrounded by nature and real Dalmatian karst, Villa 9 is a true example of the coexistence of harsh Dalmatia and modern architecture.

The exterior and interior of villa 9 are designed to provide absolute relaxation for body and soul. The villa consists of 5 sunny and spacious bedrooms with double beds and attached bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with carefully selected details guarantees good fun when preparing your favourite dishes. The comfortable living room and dining room are designed with the intention of gathering families during special meals or simple socializing by the fireplace. A PlayStation and Smart TV are available for younger family members.

The garage as an integral part of the building provides the possibility of parking 4 vehicles in a safe and secure place. Guests also have access to an outdoor terrace perfect for socializing. In a carefully maintained courtyard, there is also an outdoor grill ready to prepare delicacies. Complete enjoyment comes with a large pool of 25m2 and a sauna and a modern jacuzzi. The offer of villa 9 includes an elevator that leads from the garage to all floors of the villa, facilitating the transfer of prams or transport of guests with disabilities.

Split, as the largest city in Dalmatia, has always attracted many tourists.
