Located right next to the sea front, Villa Nera is characterized by uncompromising luxury and beautiful architecture whose modern design fits perfectly into its natural environment. The isolated position of the villa from the city crowds provides peace and privacy for a true moment of rest.
Accommodation capacity for a total of eight people, the villa has four rooms with sea views and beautiful sunsets, and ensuite bathrooms on the upper floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have double beds and are equipped with additional facilities such as a TV, bedside table and work desk. The rooms also have blackout curtains, and if you need it, there is also a safety deposit box to enjoy your holiday undisturbed.
The bathrooms are also fully equipped, so in addition to the basic amenities, you will also find a bathrobe, slippers and a hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. If you are coming with small children, a highchair and a baby cot are also at your disposal.
The ground floor has a spacious kitchen and living room with sofa bed and LCD TV, while the dining room has a large table for eight people. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a coffee machine, cutlery and drinks, a refrigerator, a stove and a dishwasher.
