Villa Eleni is located in Ljubač, which is known as a pleasant place for holidays, offers its guests much-needed peace and quiet so they can fully relax and enjoy a holiday with family or friends, and there are carefree swimming on large sandy beaches that you are sure to enjoy.

Villa Eleni was built in 2022 and will charm future guests with its modern style of construction, and the fact that will delight you is that the villa is located only 20 metres from the clean and clear Adriatic Sea where you will immediately want to bathe. Guests have at their disposal 154 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 525 m2. Villa Eleni can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number is 6. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

In the living room, there is a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, worktable, and TV. The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace where you will enjoy a pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.6 metres, whose additional functionality is hydromassage. On the sun deck, by the pool, there are 6 deck chairs where you can enjoy soaking up the sun and reading your favourite book. On the terrace, you will be able to enjoy the evening socializing at the outdoor dining table with 8 seats, next to which there is a charcoal or wood grill.

There is of course a modern kitchen and dining room with a table for 6 people where you can cook and try delicious dishes.

The villa also has a children's entertainment room where you can play darts, PlayStation, and table football. In the same room, there is an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed (140x190).

Villa Eleni has a sea view from the living room, dining room, and game room.

Additional facilities you will find in the villa are a washing machine, dryer, and iron, one separate toilet, and you can also use the feeder and baby cot.

The yard of the villa is fenced and offers guests 1 parking space inside the yard, and an additional 5 outside.

Only 19 km from Ljubač is the beautiful city of Zadar, known for its waterfront, which is perfect for summer evening walks by the sea, and do not forget to walk to the end of the waterfront, where the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun. It is about two installations, one is light while the other creates a wonderful melody thanks to the combination of wind and sea. If you decide, you can visit the Island of Pag, which is one of the sunniest islands in the Adriatic with over 2,500 hours of sunshine a year. Among more than a thousand Adriatic islands, Pag is completely different from the others, because under the stone armour lies the wealth of valuable islanders created over the centuries.
