The beautiful rustic Villa Velebita is located in the small town of Poljica, only 10.9 km from the royal city of Nin, and 13 km from the historic city of Zadar. During your stay, you will be surrounded by relaxing greenery, and in the courtyard of the villa, there is enough space for children to play and have fun. Treat yourself to a wonderful holiday and enjoy luxury in complete privacy.

Villa Velebita was built in 2022, it offers its guests 405 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is a magnificent 4630 m2. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers capacity for a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people. Guests will be divided into 4 bedrooms, each of which has a double bed (180x200) and a TV, and three of the four listed rooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers. Villa Velebita also has one ordinary bathroom, which also has a shower cabin.

On the ground floor, there is a beautifully decorated living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs, and a TV. Children will especially be delighted by the PlayStation gaming console, books, and board games. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats, and there is also a modern equipped kitchen with a bar where there are 3 more bar stools.

From the living room and the kitchen, you can go directly to the outdoor terrace, where you will be delighted by the heated pool of 32 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with 8 deckchairs where you can relax and soak up the warm rays of the sun, and you can also use umbrellas. Additional equipment for the pool is massage jets.

Next to the pool, there is also a wine cellar (tavern) with an indoor charcoal or wood grill. There you will surely prepare delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes, and you will socialize at a table with benches, next to which there is also a small kitchen. Here you can hang out with family and friends until late in the evening.

There is also a smaller fitness/gym room in the basement with several basic exercise equipment.

Fun facilities available for children and adults are darts, slides, bicycles, SUP, and swings.

During your stay in the villa, you can also use additional facilities such as a feeder and a baby cot, an iron and a washing machine, and 2 separate toilets. Also, two extra beds are available if necessary (one bed will be placed in the middle bedroom, while the other will be in the living room).

The yard of the villa is completely fenced, there are olive trees in it, it offers you the privacy you expect, and you have 4 private parking spaces at your disposal, while there are two more outside the yard. A charger for electric cars is also a special convenience.

Attractions and local activities worth trying are wine tours, water sports, rafting on the Zrmanja river, horseback riding, and olive oil tours. By all means, do not miss visiting the aforementioned city of Nin and its Saltworks, Fun Park Biograd, or the tourist town of Zadar. There are a handful of restaurants and taverns where you will be able to visit, where you will eat the most delicious food and drink award-winning wines that will delight your taste buds!

Poljica is a small tourist village that is ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday on one of the rocky and pebble beaches. There is no nightlife here, so those who want to have fun can go to the nearby town of Primošten, where one of the most popular clubs in Dalmatia is located - Aurora.

This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.
