You will enjoy this beautiful accommodation, with mountain views, a lot of privacy and ideal exteriors to disconnect and enjoy your vacation fully.

With a beautiful private pool, gardens, outdoor furniture and barbecue area, you will have several corners so you don't lose sight of the little ones in the house when they are enjoying the pool and at the same time they will be able to find their place within the accommodation. Family furniture, to chat, be with family, enjoy the barbecue and generate those memories that will make you enjoy this beautiful accommodation.

Its location is very good, just five minutes by car from the road that can take you to Coín, Alhaurín el Grande or take the links to Málaga or Marbella. This good location will allow you to have very good proximity to urban centers without having to drive for a long time.

You can leave your vehicle a few meters in front of the entrance to the house. It is a space enabled for this by the owners.

It is a two-story accommodation, where at the entrance you will have a small corner that connects with the garden area. On the ground floor we will find the kitchen, the large living room, a bedroom with a double bed, an exterior window, television and space to store your luggage in an orderly manner.

The living room communicates through a large window with the outside area, you will always have eye contact even if you are on the sofa watching television. It is a large living room, with a fireplace for the coldest days of the year (firewood is not included in the price), air conditioning with a heat pump if you prefer to use this heating method or also to lower the temperature of the room. Ideal for the hottest days, where you can enjoy a nice family lunch at the dining table in this room,

Near the living room you will also have access on this ground floor to a bright and beautiful kitchen, where you have everything you need to prepare any type of lunch. This kitchen has access to the outside, a small rear area with outdoor furniture, perfect for having tea or a snack while cooking the family lunch.

On this floor you will have a second bedroom with two single beds, with a window to the outside, and space to store your luggage.

A comfortable bathroom with a bathtub is on this floor as well, right in the hallway that leads to the stairs to the upper floor.

On this upper floor you will find a spacious, bright bedroom with a terrace. It has a double bed and space to store your luggage comfortably and tidily.
