L'appartamento si sviluppa su due livelli; al piano terra si ha una cameretta con un letto a castello e il bagno.
Il resto della zona notte si trova al primo piano, finemente arredata con letto matrimoniale e ampio guardaroba a vista. La zona giorno è situata alla destra del piano con ampio soggiorno, angolo cottura e terrazzo con tavolo esterno.
È possibile ospitare sino ad un massimo di quattro persone, potendo sfruttare anche il comodo divano letto posto in soggiorno.
L’appartamento è attrezzato di lavastoviglie, lavatrice, frigo, freezer, forno microonde, macchina caffè, spremiagrumi elettrico, tosta pane, bollitore, Tv satellitare, connessione wi-fi gratuita, ferro da stiro.

All'esterno si ha un ampio terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo, sedie ed ombrellone. E' bellissimo pranzare sul terrazzo godendo della splendida vista sul lago e le montagne circostanti.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2023 ed arredato in stile mediterraneo, con colori chiari e naturali. I soffitti sono ricoperti da travi a vista che rendono l'ambiente ancora più accogliente.

L'appartamento si trova a Vercana, a due km da Domaso e dal lago.
Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in cinque minuti. Ci si possono trovare due bar, due minimarket super forniti di tutto il necessario, una tabaccheria, un ristorante-pizzeria ed un agriturismo.
Per chi ama il trekking o la mountain bike, numerose sono le possibilità di escursione che si snodano fra i monti circostanti.
