Holiday home Casa Elle with removable pool and garden
Casa ELLE is located in the province of Segovia, is ideal for a holiday, if what you are looking for is to connect with nature, to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and breathe fresh air, this is your place. If you are also looking to explore the surroundings, there are a variety of places to visit. Don't forget Segovia and Ávila, synonymous with heritage and history, just 20 minutes away.
The house consists of two floors, the ground floor of 89 m2 consists of the following rooms: a living room with fireplace, television and two sofas of three and two seats. Kitchen, with all the equipment, oven, microwave, washing machine, as well as coffee machine, crockery, kitchenware, etc. Bathroom with large shower and two bedrooms, one with a single bed of 90cm and the other with a double bed of 135cm.
Upstairs there is a family bedroom with three beds, a 150cm double and two 90cm singles. Full bathroom with bathtub.
From the living-dining room, there is direct access to the porch, with a large teak table, from where you can access the garden where you have a removable swimming pool of 4.57 in diameter by 1.22 in height (only during the months of June to September both included).
The front part of the house has a stone table, ideal for eating in the summer months, as it is much cooler. This house has a movable barbecue. The house has a plot of 1.000 meters, completely fenced, for the exclusive use of the guest.
The urbanisation has communal areas, football pitch, basketball court and children's playground.
