If you are looking for a relaxing yet exciting vacation, Villa Monspinosso Aria 2 is the perfect place for you. The location is perfect for discovering the hidden treasures of Istria. The villa is located in the quiet village of Dracevac, in central Istria, near the town of Porec. The fully air-conditioned villa, set on a 840 m2 plot, can accommodate up to eight people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The kitchen and dining area for six people are located on the light-flooded first floor, as well as the stylishly furnished living room and one of the four bathrooms. From the living room you can access the terrace, which has a barbecue and a table for 8 people, perfect for a barbecue evening with family and friends. On the upper floor there are three cozy bedrooms with TV and three bathrooms. From the bedrooms you have access to the shared balcony. In the well-kept garden, a 27m2 private pool, sun loungers and parasol invite you to relax. There are four parking spaces on the property. Escape your everyday life and enjoy your vacation in this beautiful villa.Villa Monspinosso Aria 2 is located in the small village of Dracevac, 7 km from the town of Porec, the largest tourist center in Istria. The inhabitants mostly work in agriculture and cattle breeding or rent out vacation homes. The village was built in the Middle Ages and was surrounded by walls for defense. The nearby town of Porec offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities for all ages. A visit to the famous Euphrasian Basilica, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997, is a must! If you are traveling with your children, we recommend a trip to a water park. You will find well-developed cycling routes throughout Istria. Beautiful beaches, historical places and interesting sights are only a short drive away. Pula Airport and the Brijuni National Park are about 45 minutes away. Venice is easily accessible from this region. Discover the treasures of Istria and spend a relaxing vacation.
