On the second floor there are three bedrooms, all of which have their own bathroom. Two bedrooms have an exit to the shared terrace.
The dining room, living room and open plan kitchen are located on the first floor of this villa.
There is direct access to the inner courtyard from the first floor.
The outdoor area is perfectly equipped for more fun and leisure. The private pool, garden and covered outdoor dining area are just waiting for you. In addition to the modern decoration and spaciousness of the villa, the sun rays by the pool ensure a pleasant vacation, so you can enjoy relaxing summer days here with your favorite refreshment and a book.

Since the early 2000s, the entire area has developed into a tourist destination, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet away from the larger towns. Many small villages are scattered throughout the region, each with its own rich history, many of which date back to the Bronze Age. Labin and Rabac are only a short drive away. Labin is the historical and administrative center of this region. With its cultural and architectural heritage, it is a true paradise for history and art lovers. Rabac is known for its beautiful beaches. From Barban you can plan numerous day trips by car and explore Istria.
