You will find Villa Mala Halu in the middle of the well-known beautiful and peaceful central landscape. A modern, refreshing villa surrounded by nature, where the words "relaxing holiday" are written all over it. Villa Mala Halu can accommodate a maximum of 8 people (6 + 2). The 3 modern, bright and colourful, individualised double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms invite you to relax.
One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to the terrace and pool area. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, along a terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The ground floor also houses an open-plan bright living-dining-kitchen area, as a lovely place to share a meal with your family and friends. The indoor jacuzzi, as an additional relaxation addition for you, is located right next to the living area, surrounded only by glass walls. These can be opened to the outside as you wish. If you prefer the outdoors during your holiday, the terrace with beautiful views offers a communal area with an outdoor dining option and barbecue for your use. Right next door, you can relax by the magnificent pool, whether you prefer swimming or just sunbathing. For guests who fancy other types of entertainment during their holiday, Villa Mala Halu offers a pool table and table football as entertainment. If you prefer to be more active in nature, the villa offers 4 bicycles (2 large, 2 small) which you are welcome to use to explore the beautiful surroundings.
Villa Mala Halu is located near Gracisce, an Istrian medieval settlement, in the interior of the Istrian peninsula, about 8 km east of the county town of Pazin, on the road to Krsan and Vozilici. It is located on the top of the hill and has the overall impression of a typical medieval Istrian town. The village is fully protected as a historical monument. The old cemetery, located in front of the church of St Vitus, offers a panoramic view of the interior of Istria as far as the Ucka Mountains to the east, as well as the Julian Alps and the Dolomites to the north. Between Gracisce and Pican lies a protected landscape with unusual geological features.
Gracisce has been organising a wine festival and exhibition since 1993, which is attended by thousands of visitors from Croatia, Slovenia, Austria and Italy. It traditionally takes place on Easter Monday and has become one of the largest of its kind in Croatia.
Explore the surrounding area by bike or car or visit the sights of Porec or Rovinj, which are only 30 kilometres away.
