The charming Villa Filipa is surrounded by nature and is located near the famous medieval town of Motovun. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is perfect for families or groups of friends. The Istrian stone house with cute turquoise windows has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room on the first floor. On the first and second floor there are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa is furnished in a rustic style with loving attention to detail. In the garden, the pool invites you to refresh yourself on hot summer days. Sun loungers are available around the pool. Garden furniture is available in the garden, perfect for sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the breathtaking view of the idyllic landscape. Use the gas barbecue to prepare delicious meals and spend the evening with your loved ones. Internet access and two private parking spaces are also available. Relax in the peaceful atmosphere offered by Vila Filipa and experience an unforgettable vacation in Istria! The beautiful Villa Filipa is located near the famous town of Motovun. Motovun is a medieval town built on the site of the old town of Castellieri. The town is founded on a 270 meter high hill. Since 1999 Motovun has been the host of the Motovun Film Festival for films from the USA and Europe.
The number of towns and villages to visit is too long to list; here we are in the heart of central Istria, one of the most beautiful places in the world. The area is also known for local Teran and Malvazija grapes, olive oil, homemade cheese, prosciutto, grilled meat and of course truffles, which you can taste in restaurants in the many villages and towns of the region. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails, one of the most beautiful of which is the historic Parenzana - old railroad line, where you can even experience the unique ride on the tourist train along the historic route. Horseback riding, a few rounds of golf or simply enjoying the thermal waters of the nearby spa add to this long list of activities. The main coastal towns of Umag, Novigrad and Porec are easily accessible due to excellent road connections and offer very extensive leisure facilities, good nightlife, bars and restaurants.
