As the name itself reveals, the beautiful modern villa Sunray 1 is flooded with sunrays at sunrise and sunset and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the small picturesque town of Primosten, which is less than a kilometer away.
The villa has a stunning modern design, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a carefree and relaxing vacation for a maximum of 8 guests.
The first floor is laid out as a large open space and houses a comfortable modern retro-style living room with fireplace and direct access to the outdoor area and pool. The living room flows into a beautiful bright dining area and a modern kitchen with all the necessary amenities.
The equally modern wide wooden staircase leads you to the second floor where the 4 double bedrooms are located. The bedrooms are modern but functional and comfortably designed to ensure a good night's sleep and rest. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and each has a TV and en-suite bathroom. There is also a terrace on the upper floor where you can enjoy the beautiful view over a coffee or tea.
Leaving the living room, right next to the large pool, you will find an external dining area with mesmerizing sea views where you can enjoy your meals with family and friends.
Last but not least, the villa is equipped with table tennis & darts for additional entertainment and activities. WiFI as well as a parking lot for a maximum of 6 cars (2 of which are in a garage) are available.

Situated only 700 meters from this small but picturesque town on a peninsula, all necessary amenities are within 1 km of the villa.
Primosten offers everything a guest needs for a pleasant stay - especially the beautiful nature, which offers beautiful beaches for every taste. The harbor of Primosten is well protected from northeast and northwest winds. On the slopes surrounding the town are the famous vineyards of Primosten. You can plan an excursion to the nearby Krka National Park. Just 30 minutes away by boat is the Kornati National Park with around 60 islands.
