If you want a villa with privacy, look no further, this villa is just for you. On a spacious estate, there are two houses with a total of three bedrooms for six people. The first, larger house offers two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. The second, smaller house contains an additional bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. There are two air conditioning units in the larger house and one air conditioning unit in the smaller house. This interesting layout offers several accommodation options for couples and families looking for extra privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped and the rooms are bright and comfortable for a relaxing and good night's sleep. There is a television in both living rooms.
Between the two houses there is a private swimming pool where you can relax. The property offers a large garden with shady trees where you can enjoy your holiday and the nature that surrounds you. In addition to relaxing by the pool, you can also have fun playing badminton on the spacious lawn and our younger guests will love the swing.
The villa is fully fenced and has its own car park. Located away from the city noise, Villa Darko is ideal for a quiet holiday and offers you the peace and privacy you need, and yet civilisation is not so far away. In less than 30 minutes you can reach one of the beaches on the Adriatic coast, in the south-central part of the Istrian peninsula, lies the medieval town-monument of St. Vinent. The old architecture of the town and the surrounding villages is well preserved, while vineyards and olive groves dominate this area with warm, Mediterranean climate. St Vinent and the surrounding area is known not only for its historical and cultural heritage, but for good wine and genuine Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanting place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from other parts of the world for as long as we have recorded history. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre and Brijuni National Park with an 18-hole golf course are only a 20-minute drive away. The Adriatic coast with its crystal clear sea and all kinds of water sports activities are a 20-minute drive away near the beautiful town of Rovinj with its art community.
