This fantastic villa is located on the island of Krk, near the tourist town of Malinska. With a total of 190 square meters of living space, it offers space for up to 6+2 people and a lovingly furnished interior. The elegant and spacious villa is divided into 3 floors and gives you a feeling of home. The first floor consists of 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms with harmonious color combinations. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the mezzanine floor there is a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a jacuzzi where you can spend relaxing moments with your family and friends. From the wellness area you have direct access to the pool area, where you can relax on the comfortable loungers and watch the children having fun by the pool. The second floor consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large family table and a living room with a TV. A few steps away is the beautiful terrace with an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue. In the sitting area you can make yourself comfortable with a cup of coffee and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.Villa Subventus is located in a small village Bajcici, not far from the tourist place Malinska on the island of Krk. The island of Krk is one of the largest islands in the Adriatic and is connected to the mainland by a bridge. The island of Krk is a very popular tourist destination that offers many tourist attractions and is an ideal starting point for many excursions.
