This beautiful detached villa is situated in an idyllic location right by the sea. It is surrounded by a large garden with an inviting pool. Refresh yourself with a dip in the pool or take a stroll to the beach, which is right next to the villa. There is also a barbecue at your disposal. Take the opportunity to prepare delicious meals. Take a nap in the hammocks and enjoy the fantastic sea view. The indoor area offers space for 2 people and consists of a kitchen connected to the living and sleeping area as well as a separate bathroom. The indoor area offers access to the 17m2 terrace, which can be completely closed off.
Villa Beach House Olive is situated in an excellent location right by the sea in Medulin. The perfect place to enjoy the sea. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: Cycling, horseback riding, jogging, hiking and much more. Cape Kamenjak, which is only a short drive from the villa, is a must if you like unspoiled nature with wild beaches and beautiful surroundings. The historic city of Pula is only a short drive away. Pula is the largest city in Istria and offers a variety of bars, restaurants and sights. Visit the famous amphitheater from the 1st century. Many events take place here, from concerts and film screenings to sporting events. We recommend a day trip to the Brijuni National Park.
