If you want to spend your holiday with a large family or a group of friends and close to the sea, the beautiful Villa Olea Dalmatia is the ideal place. A total of 15 guests can be accommodated in the 2 separate units of this villa, which are connected by an external staircase. This allows you to spend time together while maintaining a pinch of privacy. Outside the villa, there is a private L-shaped swimming pool where you can cool off from the hot Dalmatian summer heat while others relax poolside on sun loungers and enjoy a slice of cool watermelon. In the outdoor area of Villa Olea Dalmatia there is also a charcoal grill at your disposal, which you can use to prepare delicious Croatian dishes. Enjoy your meals in the covered dining area next to the pool or drink your morning coffee in the lounge area under the covered terrace. From here you can access the ground floor living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and seating for six people at a dining table. A total of 3 bedrooms are available to guests on this floor. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. You can reach the first floor of Villa Olea Dalmatia via the staircase outside the villa. A second fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, a dining table and a lovely balcony with seating are available to all guests here. This level has three cosy bedrooms, including one with three single beds, ideal for children, and two with double beds. One double bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. There is also another bathroom with a shower on this floor. If you want to relax on holiday while visiting some historic Mediterranean towns such as Trogir and Split, this villa is the perfect option. Furthermore, Villa Olea Dalmatia welcomes pets, so don't forget to bring your beloved pet along on the trip.Villa Olea Dalmatia is located on the Adriatic coast in the heart of Dalmatia right between the two historic UNESCO cities of Split and Trogir. To be precise, the villa is located in one of the 7 settlements in this area - a small place called Katel Suurac. The Katela region and Villa Olea Dalmatia are great destinations for your family holiday if you want to spend your days on beautiful beaches along the bay of Katela, mountain climbing or visiting historical towns. If you spend your holiday here, you can also book island tours and explore the Croatian islands and the nearby Blue Lagoon, for example.
