The fully enclosed garden also offers a lovely covered summer dining area with built-in barbecue, perfectly positioned for long, relaxing evenings while enjoying the pleasant forest breeze.
If you want to do a little more than a few laps in the private pool or just lie in the shade and enjoy the surroundings, there is a gym to complete the action.This beautiful villa is set amidst the glorious rolling hills of Istria and provides a good base from which to explore this unspoiled region, just a stone's throw from the emerald blue sea and secluded pebble beaches of the Adriatic. Five kilometers from the villa is the picturesque medieval town of Barban, famous for its annual traditional jousting competition "Run to the Ring". A very good horse ranch offering trekking and horse riding is located in the nearby village of Manjadvorci. Adventure seekers have at their disposal a large adrenaline park only 5 km from the villa, a diving center in the beautiful, small bay of Krnica (10 minutes drive away), as well as numerous different hiking and biking trails. A wide selection of gourmet dishes, prepared with delicious local produce, means you will never have to go far to find a great meal. You also have the opportunity to buy your food directly from local producers. To add the final ingredient to this rich variety of activities, the historic town of Pula and the lively tourist hot spots are just a few minutes' drive away, as are the ferries for a tour around the stunningly beautiful surrounding islands.
