This beautiful villa is located close to the sea in a quiet rural suburb of the romantic town of Rovinj. Villa Sessa, situated on a plot of more than 2000 m2, offers the perfect accommodation for up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV. The villa is lovingly and stylishly furnished and offers 6 seats in the dining area as well as a stereo system and a satellite TV in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook during your vacation. There is also a charcoal barbecue outside on the covered terrace and a dining table. The beautiful private pool and outdoor shower provide refreshment on warm summer days. The villa is air-conditioned and offers covered private parking.The stunning Villa Sessa is only 1 km away from the sea in Rovinj. The villa is located in a quiet environment, surrounded by beautiful green nature and farmland. The ideal place to escape the stressful city life! Once a small fishing village, today a popular vacation destination with a rich cultural heritage! The charming alleyways of this medieval town hide numerous galleries, restaurants, bars and cafés. The town is only 40 km from Pula and is known for its favorable and soothing mild climate. The entire coast with its 22 islands is a nature reserve. The town is dominated by the baroque church of St. Euphemia, from whose tower you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the entire town. Rovinj offers numerous possibilities for an unforgettable vacation: hiking and cycling trails, sailing, climbing, diving, paragliding, tennis, archaeological monuments, excellent culinary specialties and beautiful beaches.
