The marvellous Villa Vinea is located in the picturesque area of the small Istrian town of Momjan, known for its vineyards and idyllic landscapes. The villa consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Together with the sleeping possibilities on the sofa bed, this 120 m² villa can accommodate a total of 6 people. As you walk out of the villa to the garden, you will find a large terrace with several steps leading to the beautiful private pool. The private pool is surrounded by lush greenery and is certainly the place where you will spend most of your holiday as it is the perfect place to relax. There is also a lovely covered lounge area and a barbecue with dining table. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the upper floor. Each bedroom is lovingly furnished and air-conditioned. The villa is located in an incredibly beautiful location that allows you to explore many picturesque Istrian towns and villages, as well as the coast around the town of Umag. In addition, the villa has wifi, is fully fenced and offers everything for a relaxing holiday.The beautiful romantic Villa Vinea is located in a small village called Momjan, less than 20 km from the coastal town of Umag with its beautiful pebble and rocky beaches. Momjan and the region around Buje, the nearest town, are known for picturesque hills, vineyards, olive groves and agritourism. Don't miss the local Istrian and Mediterranean specialities: truffles, olive oil, Istrian oxen bokarin, prosciutto and good Istrian wine. The first Istrian railway line, which passes Buje, has recently been converted into a cycle path and offers lovely rides through the beautiful countryside. The coastal town of Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist facilities as well as a small harbour. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. Today Umag is best known for sport: The ATP Croatia Open is held here every July, with many big names from the men's tennis world. Close to the town is the award-winning Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.
