This charming newly built villa is the last house in a small traditional stone house village near Porec. The garden is large and fenced to ensure your privacy. The property has a lovely large pool, a lounge overlooking the house and a children's playground.
Wide steps to the pool allow safe access from the teak surrounded terrace from which you can enjoy the glorious sunshine.
The garden, surrounded by mature trees, provides natural shade during the warm summer months.
In the evenings, the outdoor lighting spreads a very nice atmosphere to the outdoor dining area, where a large table for 12 people and a barbecue are at your disposal.
Inside you will find a very spacious open plan living area with a large open fireplace. Four large glass double doors connect the interior with the pool area. The entire house has been carefully decorated with great attention to detail and a touch of industrial design.
The beautiful wooden beams and retro light bulbs give the house an appropriate vintage style.
All 5 bedrooms have air conditioning with separate controls, as well as satellite TV and en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms can be equipped with extra beds for children and the largest bedroom has a sofa bed for two children.
In the kitchen you will find only the most modern appliances and plenty of fine china crockery and cutlery. The basement has a pool table and an additional fridge.
Wifi is available and you can stream your music to the outdoor speaker system from your cell phone.
The lawn irrigation system ensures that the surroundings are kept nice and green.
There is a large parking lot at the back of the house with a secured automatic gate entrance. In the immediate vicinity and within walking distance, you can visit a nice restaurant.The villa is located on the edge of a small charming village called Rakovci, near Porec. Surrounded by nature, on 3 sides, the countryside with numerous trails is ideal for hiking and cycling. Within a short walking distance from the villa you will find a good restaurant called Idila Rakovci.
Stores as well as other restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the village of Baderna. Porec - the tourist hotspot of Croatia, with beaches and activities, is only a short drive away. All other destinations on the Istrian peninsula are also easily accessible thanks to a very good road network.
