The beautiful Villa Larimar is located near the beach in the village of Vintijan. The villa is just over 1.5 km from the beautiful beaches of Pjescana Uvala and is in the immediate vicinity of Pula. Nevertheless, the villa offers peace and privacy.
Up to 11 people can spend a wonderful vacation in Croatia here. The villa has a spacious living room with sofa bed for 2 people with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area and offers direct access to the outdoor area with private pool. On the first floor, in addition to the kitchen and living room, you will also find a large shower room with washing machine.
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a guest WC are located on the second floor. 2 of the bedrooms have a double bed, while the third bedroom has 3 single beds, two of which can be put together to form a double bed.
A further bedroom with two single beds is located in the attic.
The villa has a quiet garden with a large terrace with dining area and outdoor barbecue as well as a lawn with a climbing frame for children.
Enjoy your vacation by the private pool or visit the nearby beaches of the Medulin region and unwind.
Vintijan is a small village next to the town of Pula and very close to Pjescana Uvala. The city of Pula is known for its rich cultural heritage, the most famous of which is the Roman amphitheater. Pjescana Uvala, a small village near Pula, initially served as a quiet resort for the inhabitants of Pula, but today it is almost completely geared towards tourism. Surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation and located at the end of the Veruda Channel, the place is well protected from the wind and offers plenty of sunshine throughout the day. Pjescana uvala is known for its rich gastronomic offer and here you will find bars, stores, restaurants and a harbor. The location of the villa is truly ideal as it is close to Pula, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city for you to enjoy the peace and quiet and truly relax. Pjescana Uvala and the nearby island of Veruda are also fantastic places for divers. Further south is Medulin, a small town known for its wide range of sports activities and beautiful sandy beaches. The Brijuni National Park is also nearby and is ideal for a day trip with the whole family.
