This modern holiday home is located on the outskirts of the residential part of Labinci, 8 km from the sea and 10 km from Poreč. Only 2-3 minutes by car in Labinci and Kaštelir, there are many useful facilities, from a grocery store (only 500 m from the house) to typical restaurants, coffee bars, agritourism households and wine roads, and the nearest pebble beaches, sports and recreational facilities they are located in the 11 km distant tourist resort of Lanterna.
The house is located on a fenced and landscaped garden of 1140 m², where guests can use a swimming pool of 40 m², deck chairs, two sofas, a covered terrace with a table for outdoor dining and a large barbecue, several parking spaces and a garage for two vehicles.
Villa Bincila Exclusive for 12 people with a total area of 350 m² is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors and is ideal for several families. The rooms in the house are above average spacious, and on the ground floor of the house there is a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining table and a couch. The living room leads directly to the terrace and pool surrounded by greenery.
This beautiful villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor of the house, and on the first floor there are: one spacious double room with its own bathroom, two double rooms that share a bathroom with a bathtub/toilet in the corridor, and two double rooms each with their own bathroom and exit to the balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. A small living room is available to guests in the corridor. Pets are welcome.
Youth groups are not allowed.
