Villa Botanica consists of 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and LCD TV. There is a beautiful and spacious living room with fireplace, library and home theater area where you can enjoy many unforgettable moments.

A heated private swimming pool, fitness area and sauna are just some of the many luxurious facilities you will find at Villa Botanica. There is a covered outdoor jacuzzi with infrared heater for perfect relaxation during chilly nights. The area around the pool is equipped with parasols and sun loungers made from natural materials. The garden also includes a barbecue area with a dining table. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has broadband WiFi internet access and parking. At your disposal there is also a professional pool table with Simonis billiard cloth, Play Station 3, board games and books.Villa Botanica is located just 300 meters from the beach, near Pjescana Uvala Pula. A short walk away, there is a wide selection of excellent bars and restaurants. There is also public transport to the center of Pula. Medulin is equally charming and easy to reach. Medulin is considered one of the best seaside resorts in Istria. You will find a variety of bars and restaurants in Medulin and in neighboring Premantura, all famous for their fish menus. Pula is also rich in great restaurants, some of which you will find while walking around the old town, which is rich in Roman remains. The most famous of all the Roman monuments in Pula, the starting and ending point of any sightseeing tour is the amphitheater, popularly known as the Arena of Pula. It was built in the 1st century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian. Today, the place is known for summer performances - the Film Festival, Opera Festival, Equestrian Festival, concerts and theater performances.
