Villa Karmen Adriatica is the ideal choice for those who like to spend their vacation close to the sea. This eco-friendly villa offers everything you could possibly need on vacation. On the ground floor there is a modern, cozy living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and a covered terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The bedrooms, 3 in total, as well as 2 bathrooms and the spacious entrance hall are spread over the second floor. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If you enjoy spending time outdoors, you can soak up the sun by the pool or dive into the sea, as the nearest beach is within walking distance of the villa. At your disposal is the outdoor dining area and charcoal grill where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family.
The uniqueness of this villa is also the use of the private boat mooring right in front of the house.Villa Karmen Adriatica is located in Kukljica, a charming little village on the island of Ugljan. Kukljica is in the southeast of the island and has a view of the island of Pasman.
The pine forests, beautiful sandy and rocky beaches and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea have made Kukljica a popular tourist destination. Like many other places on the Croatian coast, Kukljica was just a small fishing village before its charm and tranquillity began to attract tourists. There are daily ferry connections from Preko to Zadar, a stunning, historic city. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that the most beautiful sunset is in Zadar - don't miss it! Nowadays, Zadar is best known for 2 unique experiences: the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun).
