Villa Topid is a cozy and beautiful villa located in a small village in the surroundings of Labin Rabac. Villa Topid can accommodate 8 guests in its pleasantly decorated interior. Villa Topid has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bright living room with a fireplace. One bedroom is located on the first floor and three on the upper floor.
The highlight of Villa Topid is the beautiful green garden, where you can enjoy your time by the private pool. For even more enjoyable moments in this villa with pool, there is a terrace with an outdoor dining area and charcoal barbecue.

The villa was named after the small Istrian village of Topid, which is located only 5 km from Labin. Labin is located on its hill and is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for art and history lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town offer well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, as well as various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town has some excellent fish restaurants, with delicious local produce, as well as cozy cafés where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The coastal town of Labin is Rabac, a former fishing village, now a popular tourist destination, surrounded by a variety of beautiful pebble beaches. During your stay in Istria, don't miss out on visiting the small towns in central Istria. Central Istria is known for its landscape of small, picturesque, medieval towns that are irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence.
