Villa Luz is a modern Istrian holiday home built in a unique style and is a real eye-catcher. It can accommodate up to eight people and has three bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with dining area.
The ground floor of the villa consists of a bright, open-plan living, dining and cooking area, which is decorated with numerous unusual details. The village of Jursici is located in the municipality of Svetvincenat in the southern part of central Istria. Pula, the largest and most important city in Istria, is only 15 kilometres away from Jursici. Here you will find an excellent range of restaurants and attractive shopping facilities. Take a walk through Pula and experience the streets and squares of the old town, some of which date back to Roman times. The impressive amphitheatre in Pula dates back to the 1st century BC and is one of the six largest surviving Roman amphitheatres in the world. Around 30 km from the village of Jursici is Rovinj, one of the most beautiful and luxurious holiday resorts in Croatia. The town looks back on 1700 years of history and is a true architectural gem. If you are in Istria, you should definitely try its irresistible culinary offer. Truffles, fui (traditional Istrian pasta), prut (smoked ham), goat's cheese or manetra (traditional Istrian vegetable stew) are just some of the many Istrian specialities that you should not miss out on. The first beach is in Fazana, which is around 15 kilometres from Jursici.
