If you are looking for a villa where you can spend your dream vacation with family or friends, but want the flexibility of two fully functional, separate and spacious apartments, plus a pool, then Villa Rotonda Lindar is for you! There is a large swimming pool in the garden, which offers the necessary refreshment on hot summer days, with sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun with a cold drink in your hand while listening to your favorite music. Near the pool, which is attached to the house, there is a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue corner where you can show off your grilling skills and prepare great meals. There are two apartments at your disposal, each serving as a fully functional unit. On the second floor of the first apartment there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as a living room, dining room and open kitchen. On the second floor there is a further bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The second apartment also has two bedrooms and one of them has its own bathroom. One is on the second floor, along with a small gallery and balcony, and the other is on the first floor with a living room, dining area and open kitchen. Inside and around the villa there are many places that are deliberately arranged so that you can relax as much as possible during your vacation. Places where you can forget your daily worries and have the rest you deserve. In the gallery you can read your favorite book in peace and quiet and enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea on the balcony while the morning breaks over the landscape. Relax on the swing in the garden at sunset while being overwhelmed by the sounds of peaceful nature.Lindar is only a short drive away from Pazin, the Istrian administrative center. Pazin has always been a very important historical place due to its central location on the Istrian peninsula. Today's town of Pazin is centered around the old Pazin Castle. The largest and best-preserved medieval fortress in Istria was built in 983. Under the castle walls is the Pazin Cave, where the river Pazincica ends with its current. You can explore the bottom of the cave as there is a path leading down. For those looking for adrenaline, there is a zip line attraction that runs over an abyss. From Pazin you can go on numerous excursions by car, as the entire peninsula is well connected by country roads. By car it will take you between 30 and 45 minutes to visit the large towns of Motovun, Pula, Porec and Rovinj, all of which are old historic towns with a rich history and many interesting sights.
