The beautiful Villa Lavanda Savicenta is located in the small hamlet of Rojnici, in the municipality of Barban. The family villa can accommodate up to 10 people in total. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor you will find two further bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms. In total, the villa has 4 bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. In front of the villa is a 40m2 private pool where you can take a refreshing dip or relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers. Next to the pool area is a covered dining area with a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The villa is the perfect choice for a large family with children or a group of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in Istria.The charming villa is located in a small village Rojnii, in the municipality of Barban. All necessary facilities such as shops, cafes and restaurants are located near the villa. If you want to spend your holiday on the turquoise Adriatic Sea, the first beach is 18 kilometres away in Trget. The location of the villa is an ideal starting point for many day trips. We recommend visiting coastal towns such as Pula with its magnificent amphitheatre, Rovinj with its many colourful houses and Pore with its Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An unmissable destination for all nature lovers is the only national park in Istria, Brijuni. This magical place will delight you with its beautiful beaches, unspoilt nature and numerous wild animals. Central Istria is ideal for all lovers of active sports and gastronomy. Visit the Mirna river valley and numerous hilltop towns such as Motovun, Gronjan and Buzet.
