This beautiful property is located in the heart of Istria. The location of the villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation, but also an excellent starting point for a variety of day trips around the peninsula. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and offers comfortable accommodation for 6 people. It sits on a plot of 900 m2 where you have an incredibly inviting private pool at your disposal, as well as an outdoor terrace with a dining table for 6 and a charcoal barbecue for those who wish to prepare their meals al fresco. The interior of the villa is very spacious and equipped to make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The first floor consists of the living room with a cozy sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the outdoor terrace. One bathroom is located on the first floor and one on the upper floor, together with the 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has two separate single beds and two bedrooms each have a double bed. One of them has access to the magnificent loggia. The villa is surrounded by a green meadow which, together with the pool, swing and trampoline, makes it an excellent choice for a great family vacation.The villa is located in the heart of rural Istria, halfway between Pazin and Pula, and surrounded by the beautiful countryside, adorned with olive groves and idyllic vineyards. Central Istria is known for its pretty, picturesque medieval towns. Good restaurants, cafés, wineries and stores can be found in Svetvincenat, a charming, quiet village near the villa, known not only for its rich historical and cultural heritage but also for its excellent authentic Istrian cuisine. Numerous hiking and cycling routes are available in this region for a true Istrian experience. The famous, lively towns along the beautiful coast are only a short drive away through the picturesque surroundings.
