The location of this property is impressive. The houses and the covered car park are set amidst manicured fully developed gardens, surrounded by a high stone wall that guarantees total privacy (the property is approximately 4,000 m2).

The garden has a large (12.5x5m) pool with a massage corner, a pool house with fully equipped kitchen, shower and WC. The covered terrace with gas barbecue and two large tables offers space and the ideal backdrop for pool parties, for example.

Each house has its own kitchen and several bedrooms, which are up to 30m2 in size. Wi-Fi access is available everywhere. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the laundry.

It should also be noted that the complex consists of two separate houses and a spacious studio flat, which provides wonderful flexibility for larger parties - such as family or friends. The villa is located in aini, a sleepy little village with a small corner shop (approx. 250 m). Nearby (approx. 3km) there is an excellent restaurant (Vorichi) specialising in Istrian/Italian cuisine, which also offers a delivery service on request.

In Barban (9km) there is a bank (ATM), as well as a pharmacy, post office, petrol station, pizzeria and supermarket.

The nearest beach is 15-20 minutes away by car. You will never forget a visit to the old town of Labin, Rovinj or Pore. In the heart of the peninsula, the property is ideally located to reach all destinations in Istria. Your host will be happy to help and advise you at any time.
