Villa Petite consists of an indoor and an outdoor part of the house, which is completely fenced and surrounded by a beautiful green oasis with many green plants and trees. Right at the entrance of the house you can see the rustic stone details that adorn this house and there is a covered outdoor terrace with an outdoor table, garden furniture and a relaxation area that is perfect to enjoy the first morning coffee. Continuing the outside part, there is a beautiful garden with a large lawn area, ideal for children's play and fun. In the outdoor area there is also a private pool where you can escape the summer heat, catch the sun's rays on the poolside loungers or sit at an outdoor table under a parasol. There is the option to heat either the individual or both pool areas for an additional fee and by arrangement with the owner. The speciality of this house is the tavern, which has an additional kitchen, a fireplace, a table and benches for sitting and a separate toilet, as well as a charcoal grill on which you can prepare Istrian delicacies for your loved ones. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The stairs lead to the first floor of the villa, where there are 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. Be ready to experience the best that Istria has to offer - caves, beautiful green nature, idyllic hills, but also cultural sights such as churches, chapels and archaeological sites. Nearby is the first Croatian water park, Istralandia, where you can enjoy water activities with your loved ones. Nowadays, Umag is best known for the famous ATP tournament Croatian Open, which takes place there with many famous tennis players from all over the world, so we definitely recommend sports fans not to miss this event in Umag.
