Welcome to Villa Qualia - a 130 year old restored family villa in central Istria. This beautiful villa is the perfect blend of traditional Istrian charm combined with modern design and details that will surely make your stay in this villa very enjoyable.
Villa Qualia has a total of four bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, as well as 3 bathrooms with a shower. Two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located on the second floor and have a terrace.
The living area and kitchen as well as a guest WC are located on the first floor, on the same level as the pool and outdoor dining area. The private pool can be heated on request.
There is also a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a seating area for 8.
The villa also offers free WiFi and 2 parking spaces.Villa Qualia is located in Srbinjak, a small village about 4 km away from the medieval town of Tinjan in the heart of Istria. Central Istria offers both culture and nature.
The Adriatic coast with its beautiful beaches is about 20 km away from the villa. You can visit larger coastal towns such as Porec, Rovinj and Novigrad, but Pazin, the town that was once one of the most important fortresses of the Habsburg monarchy, is also not far away. The medieval fortress is still preserved and can be visited today. There is also a zip line that leads over the Pazin gorge ("Pazinska jama"). Also worth seeing is the Church of St. Mary in Beram (located between Porec and Pazin), whose fresco "Dance of Death" dates back to 1474 and is world-famous.
Central Istria is known for its hilltop towns with great views and its fantastic cuisine, which you should not miss. If you are a nature lover, you can go hiking and walking or take a gastro-bike tour.
