The second floor offers 3 more bedrooms with balcony and terrace. Perfect for catching the first morning sun with a tea or coffee. Numerous glass elements and wide doors open up the space and give the villa a softer light, while overlooking the inviting pool from the living room. The nearest beach is within walking distance so you can easily explore the area and enjoy the clear sea while relaxing in the shade of the pine trees. This wonderful villa is located in the small town of Zaton, not far from the beautiful towns of Zadar and Nin, which are well worth a visit. The first beach is only 1km away from the villa. We recommend you to visit the nearby tourist towns of Zadar and Nin with many sights. Nin is a charming small town, nowadays famous for its beautiful sandy beaches, salt pans and natural healing mud. An interesting fact - Nin was voted one of the most romantic destinations in Europe by European Best Destinations. Zadar is ideal for architecture lovers, with many museums as well as cafes, restaurants and a lively nightlife. Visit the town's landmark, the 9th century Church of St. Donatus, built in the Romanesque style. Stores, restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the villa.
