In the morning you can spend your free time on the covered terrace overlooking the spacious pool, and the rest of the day you can enjoy a peaceful sunbath with your favourite drink in your hand. Inside the villa, you will relax in a beautifully furnished modern interior characterised by elegance and simplicity. You will be particularly impressed by the harmonious combination of pleasant colours and soft lines. On the ground floor, you will notice beautiful wooden beams that give the room a warm atmosphere, but also perfectly match the modern details. A dining room extends from the living room, as well as an elegant kitchen that delights with its colour combination. The living room, dining room and kitchen can be described as a spacious and bright room, while the large windows perfectly combine the interior with the terrace. On the same floor you will find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a toilet. Nothing less awaits you in the rest of the villa - a wonderful staircase leads you to the first floor, where you will find 4 modern, bright bedrooms with elegant bathrooms. The garden pavilion is just as elegantly furnished and houses another bedroom and a bathroom. In front of the pavilion there is a lovely barbecue on the covered terrace, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a dining table. If you are planning a holiday with your children, it is especially important to emphasise that there is also a children's playground at your disposal on the property, and for all bicycle enthusiasts there is the possibility of renting a bicycle on request.This villa is located in the small village of Lasici in the municipality of Vizinada, in a complex of four houses at the end of the village, on the way to the breathtaking olive groves and vineyards. The tranquil setting surrounded by nature is the ideal destination for a family holiday. However, if you opt for a more active holiday, you will be delighted with the location of this villa. The villa is located near the Parenzana cycling trail on the route of the old Trieste-Buje-Motovun-Viinada-Pore railway line. While visiting Istria, we recommend you to try the delicacies of the region such as Istrian prosciutto (prut), olive oil or truffles. The town of Vizinada offers you numerous sights, but Motovun and Groznjan - hilltop towns - are especially worth mentioning. However, if you want to visit some of the larger towns nearby, we definitely recommend a visit to the town of Porec - a town that has found its place on the UNESCO World Heritage List. There you have the opportunity to visit the Euphrasian Basilica or take part in one of the numerous festivals. Also worth a visit is the charming town of Novigrad, which will delight you with its Romanesque churches. Only 20 kilometres from the villa you have the opportunity to visit two new Istrian water parks - Acquacolors near Porec and Istralandia near Novigrad.
