Villa Dream Place is located in the romantic village of Bale, just a short drive from Rovinj. This unique villa is suitable for families and groups. With a total of 120 square meters of living space, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The open plan first floor consists of a modern living room with a TV, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large family table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms with double beds, all of which have a TV and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, while the other rooms share the second bathroom. If you want to spend your vacation in the sun, you will find a large and very inviting pool in front of the villa. Just a few steps away is the lovely covered terrace, where you can relax on the comfortable garden sofa and watch the children having fun on the trampoline. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining area for chic lunches and dinners. Everything is decorated in a very warm style and makes you feel at home. So take this opportunity and enjoy your vacation in Villa Dream Place! Villa Dream Place is located in the romantic village of Bale, just a short drive away from Rovinj. The location of the villa itself is an ideal starting point for many day trips, but if you decide not to leave the place, small stores and restaurants are within walking distance from the villa. We recommend visiting coastal towns such as Rovinj with beautiful colorful streets, the city of Pula with Roman remains or the city of Porec, which will delight you with its cobbled streets and the Euphrasian Basilica, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. For all nature lovers, a visit to the Brijuni National Park is a must, where you can enjoy the beautiful pebble beaches, a ride on the island and a safari park.The interior of Istria will enchant you with its numerous olive groves and picturesque hills, on which medieval towns such as Motovun, Groznjan and Buzet are located.
