Villa Pinca is surrounded by green trees and nature, creating an idyllic atmosphere for relaxation with its large garden lawn. The private pool refreshes you after sunbathing on one of the 8 sun loungers. While you relax by the pool, the children can run around in the garden, play in the private playground or play a game of table tennis. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue is located in a shaded area right next to the playground. A dining table for up to 10 guests is perfect for a meal in the shade right by the pool. Inside you will find a large living room with 2 sofas, flooded with natural light and perfect for movie nights and conversation. In the same room, you can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen with kitchen island and enjoy it at the dining table for up to 10 people next to a large window. Upstairs there are 3 comfortable double bedrooms with TV and en-suite bathrooms. Another separate double bedroom is available in a pavilion in the garden. This bedroom also has its own TV and bathroom. Villa Pinca really is the perfect choice for a summer vacation with the family. Villa Pinca is located in the village of Vizinada near Porec. Only 30 minutes away you can visit the ancient city of Porec, where you can visit the center of the city, the remarkable Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its fascinating Byzantine mosaics. Take a stroll along the lively waterfront promenade, where colorful boats and the Adriatic Sea offer breathtaking views. Another nearby town is Umag. The countryside is known for its vineyards and olive groves, meadows and forests. We recommend a visit to the family wine cellars and tasting the famous Istrian delicacies: Pasta with truffles, prosciutto and cheese, all accompanied by a glass of the famous Istrian Malvasia. There are numerous excellent restaurants, bars and cafés in the charming cobbled streets of the town. Here you can experience Istria's caves, beautiful green nature, idyllic hills and cultural sights such as churches, chapels and archaeological sites. Nearby is the first Croatian water park in Istralandia, where you can enjoy water activities with your loved ones.
