Our flat is quiet and at the same time very central in the heart of the Ötztal, which offers unlimited possibilities for exciting activities. The Ötzi village, birds of prey park, swimming lake, Stuibenfall, restaurants, shops and the bus stop are all within walking distance. The free ski bus takes you to the top cross-country and ski areas in the Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl and the Hochoetz family ski area).

Our flat, built in 2018 with its own entrance (approx. 48 m²), is located on the ground floor and is equipped as follows: anteroom, a bedroom with flat-screen TV, large fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room (microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and egg cooker, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, sofa bed (sleeping possibility for the 3rd person) with dining area and flat-screen TV, a bathroom with shower/WC. The terrace offers a unique view of the Ötztal Alps. The communal playground (swing, slide, trampoliine, sandpit etc.) can be used by our younger guests.
