Villa Vallelunga

Villa Vallelunga is situated in a quite area, near the city, but far from the noise and street. From the house you can easily reach countless beaches that surrounds the city of Pula, all the shopping malls, restaurants and the city center.

Villa Vallelunga is a holiday home furnished with love and with attention to details. Owners use it for spend some time with family and friends but they don't leave there. The house and the garden is well and regularly mantained. It consists of 3 apartments, each with its own entrance. The biggest one has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the medium has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the smallest has one bedroom and a bathroom. Each has his one dining room with completely equiped kitchen and a living room with sat TV. There is a grill in the garden and a large place for dining. There are several outdoor tables with chairs for outdoor meals and gatherings. The pool has sun-lounges and umbrellas. The olive threes offer great shadow in the sunny days. This house is a great choice for a group of family members and friends, where all can mantain their privacy but still enjoy each other's company.

Youth groups are not accepted.

Outdoor area is completely closed and secluded from the view. On one side of the garden there are the parking spaces, near the street, and on the other side there is a pool, away from the street, surrounded with green grass and olive trees. The outdoor shower, sun-loungers and umbrellas are on disposal for all guests. Children can play securely because they cannot exit the garden without opening the big gate. There is a veranda with a big wooden table and benches, and there is other outdoor furniture near the pool.
