They are housed in an old building. The large communal enclosed garden of 3,000 m² is equipped with garden furniture and planchas. There is a shared car park. The owners' residence is on the first floor of one of the gîtes. Chickens, roosters, geese and pigs are kept out of sight. Access to the property is via tarmac paths. The gîte, in the form of a studio, is on the ground floor, on one level (2 steps) and adjoining another gîte. The living room has a double bed and opens onto the private, unenclosed terrace (garden furniture), kitchenette, shower room (wc).
