Penthouse in a newly built condominium with swimming pool and garage located in Via dei Gemelli, Terme area.
Here is a summary of its features:
Location: The condominium is located in a central location, just 400 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the pedestrian area. This location allows you to easily reach both the beach and the services and attractions of the center.
Structure: It is a five-room apartment on two floors, third and fourth floor, with a maximum capacity of 12 beds. On the first level it is composed of a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with double bed and single bed and a large bathroom with window. In front of the living room is a huge, completely covered terrace for outdoor dining.
The internal staircase leads to the second level, attic with exposed wooden beams. On this level there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with window. From here there is access to a large solarium terrace, partly covered and partly uncovered, furnished with sun loungers.
Equipment: The apartment is equipped with air conditioning with an internal unit in every room to ensure comfort throughout the year. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, safe and LCD satellite TV are available.
Swimming pool: the condominium has a swimming pool with children's area and solarium furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds.
Parking: The property offers two private parking spaces in the garage, which is very convenient, especially during high season periods.
There is the possibility (for an extra fee) of beach service at a discounted price and Wi-Fi internet

This apartment is located in Bibione, seaside resort located on the border between Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto, 80 km from Venice.
We have a 7 km long beach, fully equipped with umbrellas, kiosks, sports and entertainment facilities for sports activities for children and adults totally free. A place full of attractions and events throughout the whole of the summer season, with more than 70 km bike paths that wind through the city and the pine woods that line the river and lagoon, for a holiday of relaxation, fun and sport at all levels.

    “Positiv: Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles neu. Klima, Herd und Kühlschrank sowie Geschirrspüler funktionieren. Sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden.
    Alles top.
    Negativ:Es gab für 9 Personen nicht mal neun Gläser und neun Tassen, bzw. Messer. Diese Dinge mussten wir uns dann wieder bei der Agentur abholen.
    Die Betten sind sehr kurz, ca. 2m. Meine Familie ist allerdings sehr groß.
    Parkplatz: 2 sind dabei (hintereinander) die sehr großzügig waren mit Dachbox kamen wir Prima rein und Konten diese auch noch öffnen. Allerdings durfte unserer drittes Auto nicht darin parken (wieso keine Ahnung würde uns bis heute bin der Agentur nicht mitgeteilt) hier mussten wir außerhalb dann suchen. Vorm Haus wurden Strafzettel verteilt und wenn gab nur bezahl Parkplätze in dieser Straße. (In der Nähe gibt es aber kostenlose Parkplätze keine 5 min weg, allerdings muss man einen Tag auch hier wegfahren da ein Markt ist)
    Haken oder Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Zimmer fehlte.

    Grundsätzlich war alles toll und leise. Nah am Strand. Sehr nah am Zentrum. Aufzug bis in die Tiefgarage. Große Badezimmer und duschen. Sehr große Balkone/Terrassen.

    Thema Hund: war auch alles bestens da man so gut wie gar nichts von den anderen Bewohnern hörte klappte es prima dass unser Hund auch Mal allein bleiben konnte. Keine 5 Minuten entfernt ist ein kleiner Wald mit einem kleinen weg durch (eine Straße weiter sieht man auf Google) zum Hundestrand / freien Strand fährt man in der früh (6uhr) ca. 5 min. Dort kann man auch umsonst parken bis ca. 9 Uhr. Danach bezahlen oder man hatte Glück und bekam einen kurzParkplatz (90min frei).”
