Villa Aquarius

Villa Aquarius is located in Podstrana Old Village. Podstrana Old Villaga is a charming little village in an elevated position above the sea just 10 minutes drive from Split. Built high on a hill overlooking the beautiful blue sea and with views across the water to the islands of Brac and Solta, this property boasts an exceptional situation.
It is ideal place for pleasant holiday and relaxation, perfect combination of enjoying in beautiful Mediterranean nature and proximity of the Diocletian’s city Split, only 15km away.
There are shops, pharmacy and numerous restaurants in the near (3km). At the same distance are the pebble beaches.
The house is duplex house, there is one common wall with house next to, but there is good functionally fence in the garden so no one can see you. In spite, estate is very initimately, and all contents are only for you. Everything you can see on the pictures is for your own use. The location and surrounding alows you to be nude if you like it.

Villa Aquarius is a luxury ground floor holiday home, beutifully decorated, impeccable cleanliness and fully modern equipped. It is 70 m2 size.

Villa Aquarius is surrounded by beautiful large garden planted with Mediterranean plants and trees with breathtaking view on city of Split and Mediterranean islands. This makes Villa Aquarius romantic and initimate oasis of beauty. Size of garden area is 800m2.
In the garden there is a swimming pool size 10m x 4m, depth of 1.70 m.
On the south side of the house is a terrace overlooking the city of Split and the central Dalmatian islands. On the north side of the house is an area in the shade with barbecue and dinning table, overlooking the mountain.

There is our own parking in front of property;

There are about 50 stairs to the property from the parking spot.

There are few restaurants in village, in distance about 500m, but numerous restaurants and shops are 3km away from property.
Village Old Podstrana is at the 310 metres above sea level, so if you like hiking or mountain biking, this location will be ideal for you. Also if you are one of those who like to enjoy in intimately estate with your own pool, relaxing in beutiful nature with sound of birds, Villa Aquarius will be ideal place.
