The property consists of three individual apartments which are rented together as one house, making it the most suitable place to host gatherings of families or large group of friends. Such a stunning property, will be your ideal family escape, a gathering with friends in the countryside or a sophisticated getaway.

The Villa is nestled in a peaceful countryside location of Rethymnon region, in Melissourgaki, close to the village of Margarites, well known for its pottery tradition. The beautiful retreat is conveniently located close to local amenities, less than a 10-minute drive from everything that you might need like shops, bakery, taverns, mini market a butcher’s, cafes and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful sandy beaches of Panormo. Its location in an authentic rural area with stunning views of the nearby mountains, makes it a unique place, providing a relaxing base for your stay and giving you plenty of opportunity to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and get know the real Crete!

Featuring a 1.000 m2 outdoor area, with comfy sun beds that are there to welcome you by the unique private shaped pool 1-1.8 meters deep, with sun terrace surrounded by a colourful flower garden. A playground setting for our young guests and a table tennis for those who are sport lovers, will offer you some quality family time and endless fun. Enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding area and hills and the refreshing country air. Soak up the sun around the pool terrace and be charmed by nature’s music, harmonically combined with the perfume of wild Cretan countryside. For the lounge lovers, there is a sitting area, under the trees where you can rest, all you may need after a long day of exploring, offering you the opportunity to read your summer books and enjoy the company of your loved ones. You can try preparing your meals at the BBQ facilities available and try al fresco dining. The villa has its own yard and garden where healthy biological (organic) vegetables are grown and offers you the opportunity to experience the Cretan pure products, so don’t hesitate to try the fresh fruit and vegetables during your stay. What's more, three bicycles will be at your disposal during your stay, for you to explore the surroundings.

The Villa has three independent and recently renovated apartments, which are rented together as one house and it can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. Either you are a multi-child family or a company of friends, this home will offer you an unforgettable holiday experience, offering autonomous, spacious accommodation.

Each apartment features a double bedroom(1,60x2.00), a bathroom with shower, a cosy living area and a kitchenette for your daily needs. A large, fully equipped kitchen can also be found on the ground floor with a spacious wooden dining area, ideal for family gatherings and perfect if you want to have your meals at home.
