Casa Olea is an old Istrian house in the village of Kovaci, 6 km from the sea and beaches.
Less than 1 km away is the village of Kastelir, a shop, restaurant and typical tavern (konoba). The house was built at the end of the 19th century and completely renovated in 2016. On a fenced plot of 1100 square metres, guests have at their disposal a dining table for outdoor dining, barbecue, pool of 18 square metres with sun loungers and 2 parking spaces.

Holiday home for 6 persons of 130 sqm consists of ground floor with living room and exit to the terrace, dining table, equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, shower/WC. On the first floor (accessible by stairs from the outside) there is a living room with pull-out sofa for two people, kitchen with dining table, shower/WC and in the low attic two single beds. Please note that this accommodation may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
