Villa Lenka is beautiful, newly built holiday home in traditional Istrian style, but modernly furnished.
It is located on private, enclosed and well maintained garden on the edge of the village Pajari, in vicinity of Sveti Lovrec. In the village Sveti Lovrec there are all the facilities needed on vacation, such as: store, pizzeria, an ATM, and in 15km distant Porec there is the closest beach and various sport, recreational and cultural facilities.
Villa Lenka offers to the guests following outdoor facilities: swimming pool with hydromassage corner, barbecue grill, outdoor dining area and two covered parking spaces.

Holiday house with pool, capacity 2-3 guests, with total surface of 80 sqm on two airconditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed with one extra possibilities for sleeping and one separate toilet. On the upper floor the is one double bed bedroom and one shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
