Villa The View is a holiday home with a beautiful view of Čepićko polje and Mount Učka.
The nearest beach is 10 km away in Plomin luka. The town of Labin, Rabac, beaches and numerous tourist facilities are 14 km away. Ćepićko polje is a former lake that was drained and turned into a fertile valley. Učka is the highest mountain in Istria and, as a large massif, forms the natural border between the region of Istria and the rest of Croatia. In the Učka Nature Park you will find numerous endemic plants and animals as well as endless hiking and cycling trails. From Vojak, the highest peak in Učka, there is a view of the whole of Istria and the Kvarner islands.
Guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, several parking spaces, a badminton/volleyball court and a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, TV and separate WC.
Villa The View consists of a ground floor with a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
