The holiday home is detached on the owner's 2000 sqm residential property within a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1.5 km away. The bungalow is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio), a kitchenette integrated into the living room (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x double bed and flat screen TV), as well as a bathroom with shower/WC and central heating. There is a covered terrace with seating furniture, beach chair, barbecue and car parking space. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Towels must be brought along. The Osteebad Karlshagen is subject to visitor's tax.

Karlshagen is a Baltic seaside resort in the northern part of the island of Usedom. There are restaurants, shops, a marina with boat trips and cycle paths in the town. Riding centre, tennis and bowling alley approx. 2.5 km. The village has a beautiful sandy beach.
