The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the owner's house on the outskirts of the village. Access is via a shared hallway. The Schmollensee, a natural fishing lake, is approx. 200 metres away. The apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered seating area, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio), a large bedroom (double bed, sofa bed, cot), a pantry kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The house has central heating. There is a furnished roof terrace with a view of the countryside, a carport and storage space for bicycles. W-LAN is also available. Final cleaning, water and energy are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented.

Benz, the village surrounded by wooded hills on the Schmollensee, is one of the most beautiful villages on the island of Usedom. The main attractions are St Peter's Church and the Dutch windmill, which can be visited. There are restaurants in the village and good fishing opportunities at Schmollensee. The Achterwasser with its bathing beach is approx. 2 km away, the Baltic Sea beach (Bansin seaside resort) approx. 6 km and a golf course approx. 4 km.
