One of two holiday apartments on the upper floor of a residential building in a quiet residential area. A restaurant and shopping facilities are approx. 1 km away. The beach at Fleesensee is approx. 2 km away. Outdoor seating area, barbecue, open space for sports & games, parking in front of the property, bicycle storage and WiFi are available.
The holiday apartment was renovated in 2021 and is comfortably and modernly furnished. It is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat screen TV, radio/CD), bedroom (double bed), kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, dining area, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating.
The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.
The property is not suitable for children under the age of 10. The holiday apartment is not rented to construction workers/companies in the high season.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre, which is well worth seeing, is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. It is connected to the other parts of the town by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boats, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church and the town mill. A large bathing beach as well as boat and bicycle hire round off the tourist attractions.
